Blade Replacement on Agitator

Our customer had a  issue in which they had used an and the product went hard which in turn caused extreme damage to the blades on the agitator. 

We advised in cutting the original bent blades off, supplying new blades and welding them back to the original agitator with a double v prep and multiple passes for strength. We then after completion used an out of house inspection company to come and test the welds to ensure the customer had full satisfaction that there was no doubt about quality once they had been checked by the inspection company we handed the tank back and from there it went kn to be regularly used with no issues.
